The chatbot says you could automate that. You need a guy who can get it done.
That’s me, Aulay. Founder twice, once before AI, once with it.
I spend a day in your business. The first thing’s running by the end of it.
For owner-run businesses of 5 to 50 people. One day in your business, $2,400 + GST.

Sound familiar?
- AI saved you a day on one job. You haven’t found the day to do it for the next one.
- The business is bottlenecking on admin and data entry, and you’d rather not hire your way out of it.
- Someone you know (fine, someone on socials) is doing something with AI that you’d love in your business. There’s no time to learn it, and any tech person you ask will quote it as a project.
- You’re staring at a long list of software subscriptions, wondering what could go and what could at least talk to each other.
- You’ve built a tool for your business with AI. Now you’re thinking about scaling it or selling it, and wondering what the vibe coding didn’t cover.
- You’re in tech, already deep in AI, and want to go further with voice, image, video or 3D generation.
If any of those are you, we should talk. If none are, you don’t need me yet.
How it starts
Two ways to start. If you’d rather talk it through first, pick a time and tell me what’s working and what still eats your week, and we’ll work out the best place to start. If you already know what you want, book a day and I’ll send a few questions before the day.
What I do with the day depends on you. A ten-person firm that has never touched AI gets a different day from a forty-person one that’s halfway there, and “fix the admin” gets a different day from one specific job. I don’t bring a method. I get in, find the thing that lands first, and build it. The first day can be at your place or remote. After that I mostly work from my desk, where I get more done.
What you walk out with is the same every time. Something running, a list of what else is worth doing, a better feel for where AI fits in your business, and a queue to drop the next ideas into that I’m happy to keep clearing.
After the day
Two ways it goes from here. I build the next things and hand them over, or I get you and your people building your own. Most clients want a bit of both. Either way you load the queue, I clear it on my day, and nothing goes live without the right person in your business checking it.
Day one never repeats, so every day after it is faster. After that it’s up to you. A couple of days in a row for a bigger job, one a month to keep the queue moving, or a day a week if you’d rather keep me on. Everything lives in your workspace, documented, yours.
What it costs
By the day
$2,400 + GST
Not hours. Start with one, then as many as you need, when you need them.
A day a week
$12,000 a month + GST
Spread across your week, so things keep moving instead of saving up for one day. Your queue goes first. Month to month.
Why a founder and not an agency
“You’ve built this off the smell of an oily rag.”
First investor of my last startup (also ex right-hand man to Bill Gates)
I spent 13 years building a B2B software company to 80 people in three countries and 100,000 users, and sold it for eight figures. At one time or another I ran just about every department in it.
For the last three years I’ve been building Bearmore, a consumer app, using every AI tool as it comes out. It started with eight staff and some contractors. Now it’s a handful of specialist contractors, no permanent staff, and more gets done than it did with eight, or maybe even the 80 in the first business. The engineers, the support desk, marketing ops, the marketing co-ordinator, the content producer, the partner manager and finance ops my company doesn’t have are systems. Where the work needs a human eye, it gets a qualified one. Sound engineers, practitioners and researchers check the parts that matter, and the system is built so their job is the easy part. I built it, I run it, and I know which jobs in your business are next!
I’m in the details and I care like it’s mine. That’s how I built my own companies and it’s how I’ll work in yours.
Why I’m doing this
The problems Bearmore solves are close to my heart, and I’ve decided to make it completely free to reach as many people as possible. That’s why I consult. Not many people in Australia have taken a company from zero to exit and are now three years into building a product, in the most insane period tech has ever had, with almost no overhead and every new tool. I need to make money to keep scaling Bearmore, and this is the most useful way I know how.
Book a day, or talk it through first. Or just send me the thing the chatbot said you could automate.
